Ministry Staff

	Keith Cressman Pastor I was reared in Tulsa with an intact family and two brothers. It was pretty good being the middle son. Adrienne and I met in law school and we both practiced law for a while. Our legal work ended when I finally answered God’s invitation to ordained ministry and Adrienne decided to stay home to rear the girls. We homeschool and find it a great family experience. We have served churches in Shawnee, Bartlesville, the Tulsa area, and now here in Bethany. My experiences of God are ones of grace, love, patience and persistence. Today, I find it a humbling privilege to serve God in ministry.
	**Becky Roman Minister of Music & Church Administrator** Becky is committed to doing ministry in many ways. She is regularly involved in missions, near and globally. Some of her 'home mission' includes service at St. Mark's. Becky Roman serves the unique double role of music director and church administrator. She effectively leads the choir and praise teams on Sunday mornings. She is responsible for music in the 8:00 and 11:00 o’clock worship services as well as special seasonal events. Her talents and skills also uniquely qualify her to coordinate the care and maintenance of the property and reporting and tracking of financial matters. Becky’s leadership and service are appreciated.
	**Alicia Schneider Children's Minister** I love being the children’s minister at St. Mark’s!! God has absolutely blessed me beyond my imagination with this family of believers. I have been in this position since June 2005. I taught as an elementary teacher for 9 years prior to working at St. Mark’s. I love to work with children and cherish the opportunities God lays before me now to partner with parents in reaching their children to become followers of Christ. I give God all credit and know that I can do nothing without His enabling. Glory be to God, Most High!!
	*Josh Coats* *Youth Minister* I’m clearly an Oklahoma City boy. I have spent all 27 of my years here. I grew up going to Oklahoma City Public Schools and attended Lakeside United Methodist Church. I got my start in youth ministry at Oklahoma City First United Methodist Church 4 years ago. My wife, Bonny, and I have spent the last year and a half at St. Mark’s and we have loved every minute of it. We feel blessed to be a part of this amazing church family and look forward to many, many years in ministry here. By the way if I am chosen as Ms. America I will fight for world peace and will do all that I can to do away with world hunger.
	*Sharon Hunt* *Early Childhood Ministries Director & Nursery Supervisor* Sharon loves kids and devotes much of her life to educating them and helping their parents raise children who love Jesus Christ. She leads St. Mark's Children's Day Out (CDO) ministry and supervises nursery staffing and ministries. She also works closely with Alicia to put together many of our special summer ministries with children.
	Brian LaPat Worship Leader Brian leads worship in the 9:30 worship ministry. His passion and love for the Lord come through as he helps us to encounter God's Spirit in worship.

	Darlene Hickman Church Secretary After graduating from UCO in 1980, I substituted in the Putnam City School System for 5 years. We joined St. Mark’s in 1975, and I started working here in 1985. It is a blessing to work at and be a member of St. Mark’s. Because of all the help from so many wonderful people here and my growing love of Christ, my faith has grown over these 32 years, but I am still a work in progress.
