Our Core Beliefs
PracticalLife throws us a lot of curves. God is with us to lead us through them all. Bible based preaching and teaching that relates to life helps us along the way. We learn from each other as we share how we have seen God at work in our lives. Thus, St. Mark's offers numerous individual and small group opportunities where you can find knowledge, support, growth, and nurture.Concerned for Individuals and FamilyChildren: St. Mark's offers quality care where children experience and explore age-appropriate, positive, life-affirming biblical values. A full time Children Education Director coordinates these ministries. Children MinistriesYouth: Knowing how hard it is to make it through the teen years, a Youth Ministry Team headed by a full time ministeris here to encourage and help. Youth MinistriesFor All: We are all involved in ministry that helps us discover and develop our gifts and potential. There is a place for you. Adult MinistriesDoctrinally evangelical and United MethodistGod's love is offered to everyone through the graceful invitation of God. The Christian story tells God's self-revelation of love. God fully reveals himself in Jesus Christ, the unique Son of God and Savior. The Bible shows us the revelation of God and shows all that is needed to experience peace with God. We know Jesus Christ through Scripture, Christian experience, illumined reason, and tradition. We investigate and learn together in community through the wisdom and revelation of the Holy Spirit. Our purpose is to share the Gospel with others through word and deed so all may come to worship God.
